The General Manager supports the Head of Department in the strategic and planning administration and coordinates the administrative processes within IKMZ. She is responsible for resource planning (finance, human resources, infrastructure and teaching), reporting as well as quality management. The General Manager oversees the department’s core support units: the back office, IT and e-learning.
