IT
The IT team services the department’s own IT infrastructure (computers, servers, printers, software, network, etc.) and is responsible for telephony at the department. Support and consulting according to the university's specifications is offered to all department members as well as members of associated units.
IKMZ Service Desk
In case of IT-related questions, problems or requirements/wishes, the following options are available to persons eligible for support:
- Support tickets can be created at any time, either via IKMZ Service Desk oremail.
- Telephone support can be used from Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. by calling the number +41 44 634 46 76.
- Walk-in support (on-site) is available from Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at Andreasstrasse 15 (office AND 3.74) in 8050 Zürich.
