On December 1st, 2023, Anne Schulz and Sophia Volk presented the results of the Information Abundance Project, followed by a panel discussion with Anna Miller (author and activist), Matthias Chapman (Tages-Anzeiger) and Cédric Stortz (Fachverband Sucht). The project, financed by the DSI, analyzed how Swiss citizens experience the abundance of information in digital media environments, using a representative online survey and focus group interviews. Several (former) IKMZ members collaborated on the project: Sina Blassnig, Sabrina H. Kessler, Sarah Marschlich, Hao Nguyen, and Nadine Strauss, as well as Lea Stahel (from the sociology department). The study report is available for download here.
