07.07.2020New Project: Assessing the Potential of Citizen Science in Switzerland

Dr. Susanne Tönsmann, Dr. Alexander Seifert and Prof. Mike Schäfer have secured grants for a new project on citizen science in Switzerland. Based on a representative survey of the Swiss population, the project assesses respondents’ perceptions of citizen science, their interest in it, the potential for mobilization as well as the scientific topics and communication channels through which potential citizen scientists could be reached and recruited.
